Our services are as follows:
1. Establish contact with relevant refractory supplier according to the customer ' s authorization documents , clarify the work content , send professional supervision team on behalf of the customer ' s position , and conduct the work all the day according to the working hours of the plant .
2. According to the contract delivery schedule provided by the customer, draw up a reasonable and detailed production plan, after the initial confirmation of the customer, confirm with the supplier, and feedback the final result to the customer, and after the final confirmation of the customer, Send it in writing to the supplier for signature and confirmation, and strictly follow this production plan.
3. According to the contract technical documents provided by the customer, the quality of the product is strictly checked, and the problems existing in each production link are found and feedback to the supplier in time to ensure the quality and safety of the product.
4. The on-site supervisor shall provide the actual production schedule of the project to the customer regularly in the form of daily, weekly and monthly reports, so as to  the customer facilitate the timely arrangement of goods inspection, shipment and other matters.
5. The supervision team shall cooperate with the customer in the acceptance of the product, do a good job of sampling, testing and other specific work, and urge the supplier to solve the problems in the production schedule and the quality of the product put forward by the customer, and urge the supplier to solve the problem in a timely manner. The results will be reported to the customer in writing for customer re-inspection reference.
6. After the acceptance of the customer's products, the supervision team continues to be responsible for the packaging of the products, the delivery of the goods before the factory, the final check on the quality and safety of each link, and timely reporting to the clients in written form in the supervision report, and providing the present photos, video and other information according to the requirements of the customers so as to facilitate the customer's overall grasp of the present situation. The situation.
 
7. At the execution of the contract is nearing the end, the supervisor shall check the whole shipment in detail according to the order quantity required by the contract to ensure that the final wholesale goods are completed and the omissions are avoided.
8. At the end of the contract delivery, the supervision team shall prepare the project summary report in detail on the overall implementation of the project and provide it to the customer in writing for the record.
