Fused Calcium Silicate：
Fused calcium silicate premelted refining slag is made of high quality silica (SiO2 > 98) and high quality limestone (CaCO3 > 97) as raw material and fused in high temperature electric arc furnace. After the melt material is quenched by water, the cryptic vitreous body is formed, which has the advantages of good spreading, little mineral impurity, almost zero loss of burning, etc. Compared with natural wollastonite, Fused Calcium Silicate has more stable chemical composition and more uniform phase structure. It is an ideal base material for metallurgical continuous casting mould slag, and is also an ideal raw material for electrode coating and so on.
