High Alumina Brick
Description
The high alumina brick uses the high alumina content mineral as the raw material, mainly includes the high quality bauxite clinker, the blue crystal group mineral (the blue crystal, the silicalite, the andalusite), the artificial synthesis material (mullite, fused corundum, industrial alumina and so on) and so on,With all kinds of high performance additives combination ingredients, after forming by high-tonnage brick press,then in the tunnel kiln through 1500 degrees above the high temperature calcined from. It is mainly used for lining of blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace top, blast furnace, reflex furnace, rotary kiln and so on. In addition , high alumina brick is widely used as heat accumulating checker brick , plug for pouring system , nozzle brick , and flue and partition wall of various kilns .It can be divided into high aluminium brick for blast furnace, high aluminum brick for hot blast furnace, high aluminum brick for lael, high aluminum brick for top of electric furnace, high aluminum brick for glass kiln, high aluminum brick for cement kiln, and general purpose high aluminum brick for industrial furnace.
